A event session is a specially designed recording experience that allows you and your friends to have a fun and memorable time while creating music together.
We provide the recording room and an experienced engineer who will make the recording process easy for you. The engineer will handle all the technical aspects during the session, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
The client will need to bring the instrumental for their chosen song recording. If you need assistance in finding an instrumental, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. Additionally, you are welcome to bring food and drinks for your event. If you require a lounge room to store your food, drinks, and cake, please let us know. Most importantly, bring a positive and happy attitude! We are here to celebrate your birthday and inspire your creativity.
While the main focus of this event is to provide you and your friends with a memorable experience, our goal is to finish recording the song during the session. However, there are a few more steps that need to be taken before your song is fully ready for release. You will leave with a draft of your song, but the mixing and mastering of the song will need to be added as an additional cost. This allows us the proper time to polish your song and ensure its quality after the birthday session.
The B room, also known as the Elite room, can accommodate up to 4 people. It is perfect for smaller groups.
The A room, known as the Prestige room, can accommodate up to 8 people.
If you have more than 8 people but no more than 12, an additional team member will need to be added to assist the engineer during the session, which will result in an increase in price.
For groups larger than 13, it is required to book the entire facility instead of just the Prestige room.
As an additional service, we are able to offer photography or videography starting at $150 and a combination of both starting at $250
Additionally, we can provide mixing and mastering for the song recorded during your birthday session for $185.
Booking Policy
In order to be scheduled, a 2-hour minimum is required, along with a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
The remaining balances are due at the beginning of each session and must be cleared before the session can begin. To ensure prompt start times, it is recommended that paying parties arrive 15 minutes before the session start time. For multiple day bookings, the balance is to be settled at the beginning of the first day of the booking.
Aesthete Recording Studio currently accepts the following methods of payment:
- Credit Card – (in person only w/ valid matching ID)
- Apple Pay
- Invoice: w/ credit card or wire optionPayPal
Any cancellation request for a booking at Aesthete Recording Studio must be made directly with the management. Cancellations or rescheduling communicated to any other member of the Aesthete Recording Studios staff, interns, or engineers will not be considered valid. It is important to understand that a booking is only considered cancelled once the management sends a written email or text confirmation to the client. If cancellations or rescheduling occurs outside of the allowable time frames indicated in the “Deposits” section, clients are required to pay the full amount of the booking. Please ensure that your entire team is informed about any cancellations or rescheduling, as it is the client’s responsibility. Please note that clients who do not show up for their scheduled session will still be invoiced for the entire time slot.
Refer to our guidelines for deposits, confirmations, and payments for refund requests. Speak with our managers at Aesthete Recording Studio and explain your situation for evaluation. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and processed through the original payment method.
Food and drinks are welcome in our facility. We kindly ask that you respect our space. If you plan to bring in catering, please consult with the manager or owner to ensure proper arrangements are made.
